Informed consent is required for all telehealth services and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and is documented in accordance with clinical standards.
Restwell services may be billed through Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or contracted community agreements depending on the specific services provided. Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services are Medicare-eligible when medical necessity criteria are met. Residents or families may receive explanations of benefits from their respective insurance providers for these clinical services.
